Print Design Story

So I created this series of prints because of my interest in the shape of the car. I taught that liquid paint flowing over a body would be an interesting way to show the complexes shape, fluidity and curvatures found in some of my favourite cars.

It was a way to also bring the illusion of 3 dimensionality while not hiding the fact that the print itself was very flat in nature. This particular 911 was the first of the series, I choose this car as it is instantly recognizable and also boast a rich history.
